Really enjoyed our stay and the decor. Great shower. Comfortable bed & pillows. Have booked again
Breakfast choices were good . I was a little underwhelmed with the pancakes however my husband's scrambled eggs and salmon was very good. We had to ask for water and it took 30 mins for food to arrive after being ordered when there was only a few other diners at tables. The Tea pot and cup sets both in the room and on the table were beautiful and lovely to drink from.

I enjoyed the location we booked for new years eve fireworks , the room was comfy and clean. Just needed a microwave cos we have little kids but other than that overall it was a fun stay
I did not like the customer service, we walked in 2:35pm check in is at 2 we did not get our room until almost 3-3:15 wasted our time waiting the room was not ready yet etc. Concierge— guy not just to us but we noticed to a lot of customers asking him politely ….. for information and the way he answers is so bluntly rude and unhelpful like he does not want to do his job then dont do it. I was asking where is the info desk the hotel needs a few signs— concierge is what you see first - you assume they will be the first person to ask but inside the door where you would think its a restaurant? Is where the Check in people are?! Never seen this type of layout so it would HELP if they PUT A SIGN INFORMATION INSIDE so people dont need to be put off with the chinese concierge dude older wears glasses.

Over all really nice, friendly staff etc.
Was a lovely bed very clean and Tidy,spa could do with a bit more work as there was sharp edges as the tiles are broken
